What is Web-based?
Web-based is defined by where the program site is located. VRM is accessed from the Internet. All data is kept in a secure hosting site. The computers are housed in a windowless, concrete and block, vaulted room and building. The roof structure is designed to withstand winds of 175 miles per hour. The site has 24 hour security monitoring in addition to a 24/7 automatic, backup generator in case of any outside power failure.

When can I get the installation?
Under normal circumstances, we like to have 45 to 60 days to convert your data, configure your system, train your staff, and have everything ready to go.  Under certain circumstances, we can accelerate this process.  Please contact us for an installation date for your company.

What about training?
On-Site training is included in the cost of the software. Depending on the location there may be some minimal travel expenses for up to 2 people.

What about continued support?
Our services include a complete support package.  We offer full support during normal business hours, and on-call support specialists at other times.  You can count on being able to reach VRM 24/7.

Can I use my own web-site?
Sure, or if you prefer, we can use a template site for free or build you one from scratch. We have designers on staff that can do a complete site in about 10 hours. We generally charge a small hourly fee for web-site design.

Can I use my existing computers?
With the VRM system, you do not need expensive, Super-Server computers, our hardware specifications are simple and inexpensive. If you have a fairly new computer, chances are it is compatible with the software.
